15 MIN EQUESTRIAN WORKOUT 🏇 | Pilates To Improve Strength & Stability For Riding | Eylem Abaci

A special workout for equestrians and the ones who love horseback riding. 🏇♥︎ In this video, I provide my equestrian workout exercises you can do at home with no equipment. This workout covers 5 categories: strength, balance, stability, posture & flexibility. We train the muscles which are engaged the most during riding: inner thighs, hamstrings, glutes, shoulders and core. Strengthening them with these pilates exercises will definitely help to improve your riding skills. Besides, it was important for me to include a few exercises for balance and stability as well to have a safe seat. The safe seat also requires an upright correct posture. In order to improve it, I have included some plank variations.
