Modified Bentall’s procedure; A miniskirt technique

This video shows a modified technique of Bentall’s operation, aortic root replacement, using tissue valve and it composite graft conduit. It serves 2-3mm of distance between tissue valve sewing ring and aortic annulus, therefore, make it possible to dissect the aortic root in the cases of re-do surgery.
