This vid is in response to a question from californiaflash. This is more info about the BLACKHAWK Serpa quick disconnect system. I like and use this system for UOC (unloaded open carry) in CA. The biggest problem we face in CA when UOCing is GFSZ (gun free school zones). CA law states that 1,000 feet from any K-12 grade school is a GFSZ.
