Italian focaccia bread
Focaccia bread is a very delicious bread from the sunny and Mediterranean country of Italy
This bread has many uses, you can use it as an appetizer or snack and enjoy it
ingredients:
Four cups of flour
Two tablespoons of bread yeast
Two tablespoons of sugar
A cup of warm milk
A tablespoon of salt
1/5 cup of oil
tomato
Cheese
olive
Basil
garlic
olive oil
Black pepper as desired
Thyme as desired
1. First, we mix bread yeast with sugar and milk and let it rest for 20 minutes.
2. Then sift four cups of flour and then add the yeast liquid along with salt to the ingredients until the dough is ready and then let the dough rest for 2 hours until it puffs up.
3. After 2 hours, we massage the dough and then put it in the oven and let it rest again for 2 hours.
4. After 2 hours, we smear the bottom of the dough with garlic and olive oil and then add cheese, tomatoes, olives and basil and put it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
5. Now our hot and delicious Italian bread is ready, I hope you enjoy eating it.
