Interior of Westminster Cathedral, the procession passing up the nave with the Archbishop Dr John Carmel Heenan (formal Archbishop of Liverpool) under a canopy during the ceremony of enthroning him as Archbishop of Westminster. CU. Large cross over the high altar. GV. The procession slowly moving up the nave with the Archbishop blessing the people as he passes, & SV. CU. As the Archbishop blesses the people as he passes. SV. Pan, the Archbishop walks towards the high altar. He kneels for prayer. GV. The Archbishop kneeling before the high altar in prayer, & SV. CU. Archbishop in prayer. CU. Cross over altar. LV. The Archbishop bows before the altar and then proceeds to a faldstool near the steps of the throne. He reaches the faldstool. GV. The congregation standing. SCU.
