Heartless owner left her in a feces and urine filled crate in middle of the road. No one help her! Help more Animal click here: She was found locked in this crate on the side of the road. No telling how many people saw her and did nothing. She was lying in a mountain of her own poop and urine. She is too weak to stand. She has been bathed and is on her way to the ER vet. We will do everything possible for this precious puppy.
