20 min TOTAL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT | Sculpt and Strengthen | With Warm Up and Cool Down

Join me for a 20 minute TOTAL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen through your whole body. All you need is a mat and a medium set of weights. Today I’ll be using two 10LB dumbbells. This is a low impact routine which means there is NO JUMPING. I’ll also be including a super quick warm up and cool down. There are NO REPEATS with intervals of 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest.
