SKANF knife throwing workshop at Bujinkan Heerlen

SKANF Knife Throwing Workshop Today I had the great pleasure to teach the second SKANF knife throwing workshop at Bujinkan Heerlen (Netherlands). It’s all about the correct basics! So we started with basic exercises, body mechanics and rhythm. Since those who attended the last workshop showed great interest in the underhand throw I separated the groups and gave them a brief introduction in my favorite throw. Great group of people!
