GRIT003 features four originals and a remix by fellow void ADMINISTRATOR, and you can catch the whole gang supporting Stef Mendesidis this month at the Rechabite. Pointy Dub draws obvious influences from those who like to live on the faster, dub techno side of life, whilst Tripping Over Your Own Feet probably shouldn’t even really be referred to as music. Happily, the ADMINISTRATOR remix reworks it back into a forward feeling dancefloor slammer. The title track is self-descriptive; the only instruments are a drum machine and the human voice, and the EP rounds out with the hypnotic sounds of a synthesizer eating itself.
