Ankle Stability For Better Balance - Lesson 1: Part 1

This video is an Ankle Stability lesson to improve alignment of ankle with knee and hip joints, based on the Feldenkrais Method® with Annie Thoe. Uses a hard foam roller under foot, also using a blanket roll under pelvis for more advanced practice. You will need a flat chair or bench, a hard 3 or 4 inch roller and two blankets rolled up into a cylinder.
