Dough:
-300g flour
-1 tsp instant yeast
-2 tsp sugar
-1/2 tsp salt
-160-170ml lukewarm water
-1 tsp oil
In a bowl add your flour, instant yeast, sugar and salt. Mix everything well together. Now add your wet ingredients, oil and 120ml warm water (slightly higher then room temperature to activate the yeast).
Gently fold flour over the liquid. Add the remaining water. Mix until the dough begins to form. Flour your surface. Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes.
Form a round ball. Add oil in a bowl. Place the dough and cover with a dry towel. Rest for 1 hour in a dry area.
Sauce:
-400g canned tomatoes
-2 tsp oil
-3 garlic cloves
-1/4 onion
-1 tbsp tomato paste
-2 tbsp basil leaves
-1/2 tsp oregano
-1/2 tsp chilli flakes
-1 tsp sugar
-pinch of MSG
-1 tsp salt
