China & Thailand to forge new ties? The Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) Air Force will hold a joint air force exercise with the Royal Thai Air Force (RTAF) starting August 14. Chinese Defence Ministry said the 10-day exercise would reflect the deepening military exchanges and mutual trust between both air forces.
