China quietly builds infrastructure to build friendships

This morning, I got two pieces of data, both about infrastructure, and was genuinely stunned. Neither the US nor China are all good or all bad. But the US must stop enabling the destruction of infrastructure in Gaza. And China must find a way to teach the world that building infrastructure to build friendships is a better path.
