Langford BC Threaten Protestors and Violate Trust FEB 2008

Corruption. 2008 has been a very dishonest year for Langford city council, and more specifically Mayor Stew Young. The new highway interchange at Spencer Rd & Hwy 1 is intended to ease traffic flow for the new Bear Mountain Resort/golf course. However, the city is going ahead with borrowing $25 million from local developers without holding any local referendum as to what the taxpayers would like to see happen.
