๐[Homemade mixed fruit syrup]
- Ingredients : 250g Strawberry, 250g Kiwi, 250g Pineapple, 250g Orange, 150g Blueberry, 500g Sugar, 2tbsp Lemon juice
1. Cut the peeled pineapple, kiwi, and orange into bite-sized pieces.
2. Put the pineapple, orange, and kiwi into a bowl, then mix and let it sit for about 2 hours until the sugar is completely dissolved. (Sugar should be ยฝ times the amount of fruit)
3. Put the pineapple, orange, and kiwi into the large bowl and mix lightly.
ย 4. Cut the washed strawberries in half. Add blueberries, strawberries and lemon juice to the fruit mix and mix carefully.
(Tip. Work with harder fruits first and then add the softer fruit like strawberries and blueberries.)
(Tip. Strawberries dissolve easily, so it is better to trim them just before they are mixed in with sugar.)
5. Transfer the fruit mixture into a sterilized glass bottle, and fill the remaining space with syrup. Then seal the bottle and refrigerate it.
