PARANG PNR BICOL EXPRESS: Amtrak Silver Star NYC to Winter Park FL / Moynihan / Penn Station / VIEWLINER II Sleeper Car My love of trains started in the Philippines when my lola used to take me from Tutuban in Manila to Naga City, Bicol on the PNR Bicol Express. The PNR sleeper cars were so memorable back then. I’m glad we have AMTRAK and happy they’ve upgraded some of their sleeper cars.
