Galvanic Field has Potential but how to solve 105% shock?

Putting aside my better judgement in the desire for big circle go boom I made a fairly meme(no defenses) setup that just does damage while having massive aoe. This is simply to showcase galvanic fields aoe scaling and how it could look potentially with some investment here and there. Woolfio also has a great video demonstrating this exact concept as well. Ultimately the much harder problem to solve remain as large which is how to make a character with survivability while also creating a character with 105% self shocks, largely this is something I still struggle to have a good concept for solving. Ultimately this sort of thing is something I would love to keep playing with but it will have to wait as I am starting a build challenge against ruetoo over the next week where I will do a build a day with 10 divine budget testing what I can make that can make fresh with little time(one play sesh ~6 hour roughly) to respec and setup fully to attempt ubers 1 try each for points.
