• -1 onion
• -a thumbsize piece of ginger
• -5 cloves garlic
• -1 Tsp cumin
• -1 Tbsp oil
• Fry everything in oil
• -2 chopped tomatoes
• Add and let it cook ~5min.
• -1 cup (250ml) water
• -salt to taste
• Stir it in and let it simmer 5-10mins.
• Blend until it’s a smooth paste.
• -4 Tbsp oil
• -1 Tsp chili powder
• Fry for 30sek and add the paste we made previously.
• -2 Tsp ground coriander
• -3 Tsp Garam Masala
• -salt to taste
• Simmer 5-8mins.
• -2 cans (440g) kidney beans
• -1/2 to 1 cup (125-250ml) water
• Stir it in and cook 10-15mins.
• Serve with rice.
