In this 30 Min INTENSE Full Body Kettlebell Workout | Strength & Endurance ABS
, we will have 6 bundles of 6 movements. 5 of those movements for 40 seconds long and the last one for 30 seconds long which will be repeated after every bundle. There will be a 15 second rest between the movements and a 25 seconds of rest after each bundle.
