Hailing from Northwestern Montana Twice a Year was established in 2016 by brothers Brady and Colton Vance. The band’s roots date back to their childhood in North Dakota, where their dad converted a grain bin into a practice space so the brothers could hone their writing skills. Adding members, Joe Bowland on guitar and lending his voice as one of the harsh vocalists, Morgan Smith on bass, Ritchie Baier on guitar, as well as Colton’s wife Hannah on a piano version of “One More Try”, the band’s self-titled album was released on March 31st, 2023. The album features a new single called “Summer’s Gone,“ and new songs such as “Free“ “First Time”, “Pixels”, and “Surround Me.” In just one night, the album was played over 10,000 times on Spotify alone, and can also be downloaded from their website: .
