Ingredient Quantity
Garlic 15-20 no
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Dry mango powder ½ tsp
Black salt ½ tsp
Chaat masala ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Chickpeas boiled 2 cup
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala ½ tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Black salt ½ tsp
Dry mango powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Gram flour 3 tbsp
Refined flour 3 tbsp
Corn starch 2 tbsp
Water as required
Oil for frying
Method
1. Take whole garlic and crush them one by one.
2. Take a small bowl and add coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, dry mango powder, black salt, chaat masala and salt to taste then mix well.
3. Take a large mixing bowl. Add boiled chickpeas, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, black salt, dry mango powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and mix well.
4. Now add gram flour, refined flour, cornstarch then add some water and mix well with the help of hand.
5. Then deep fry the coated chickpeas until look like golden brown.
6. Take it out on a tissue placed on a plate.
7. Now fry the garlic then side out in a bowl.
8. In garlic bowl add fry chickpeas and all dry spice powder.
9. Toss together and serve.
