This track marks a significant evolution in our sound since our 2023 album Orichalcum. Morningstar is a deeper expression of who we are as a band, representing a more direct and recognizable sound, contaminated by death and blackgaze atmospheres, while still firmly rooted in the post-metal genre. This song reflects a new clarity in our creative process and a strongest sense of consistency in our vision. With Morningstar, we’ve honed in on what we want from our music, a prelude to the new album we’re currently working on.
