This is the tragic story of her death and what no one has said about it. The only way this video is going to help save lives is if you’re willing to do something about it. My goal is to share the story. You have the power to use that to save lives! It might be difficult to be critical of ourselves, and it’s even more difficult to be critical of others. However, that’s exactly what you need to do when you do a debrief if you want to save lives. The main purpose of sharing some of her videos is to highlight the mistakes that others can avoid and also to show that the mistakes she was making were ones that someone with a private pilot certificate shouldn’t be making. This video could have easily been over an hour long but my goal was to deliver as much information as possible in a concise format.
