Russia kicks off its UN Security Council presidency with press conference

Russia takes over the presidency of the UN Security Council for the month of July. Vassily Nebenzia, the Russian ambassador to the UN, spoke with the press to outline what’s ahead. RT’s correspondent Caleb Maupin was there, and filed this report
