(for the coarse methi paste)
2.5 cups/150 grams, methi/fenugreek leaves, washed thoroughly and stalks removed
1 tbsp desi ghee/clarified butter. you can use butter or oil instead
(for the onion paste)
1 large pyaz/chopped onion
