GFAP fibres in the midbrain of a developing salamander - CUBIC

Glial fibrillary acidic protein fibres in the ventral tegmental area of a developing salamander Pleurodeles waltl) brain cleared with Advanced CUBIC, image with the ZEISS Z.1 microscope 20x objective. Images were stitched with Arivis and processed with Imaris. Obtained during the EMBO light sheet course in Dresden 2016.
