Ginger orange kvass
Ingredients:
ginger - 60 g
raisin - 1 tbsp.
honey - 1 tbsp.
rye sourdough - 1 tsp.
orange slices - 3 pcs
warm water - 700 ml
Method:
Add grated ginger, orange slices, raisins, rye sourdough, honey and warm water to a glass jar. Cover and leave at room temperature for 1-2 days. Strain and add orange juice. Ready!
