An improvised drum solo practice at a tray on my you do ;) I like to practice balancing things because I find it really helps to drill good posture into habit and makes sure that my movements stay absolutely isolated. I’ve been bellydancing for about almost 19 months roughly. Watching this, I think I need to work on my arms more during complex isolations, they seem very limp and like they are just hanging about really. I also need to work more on ’ll come with time :)
