Ingredients:
🌰 - 150 g dates
🍑 - 150 g dried apricots
🍒 - 150 g cranberries
🌰 - 50 g almonds
🌰 - 100 g almonds (roasted)
🌰 - 100 g almonds (whole, roasted)
🌰 - 100 g nut mix (roasted with almonds, sesame and coconut)
🍫 - 200 g dark chocolate
🍯 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Cooking process:
🌟 - Rinse the dates, dried apricots and cranberries with hot water, let them dry.
🌰 - Finely chop 50 g of almonds and fry them in a pan with sesame seeds and coconut flakes until golden brown.
🌰 - Peel the dates from the stones and grind them in a blender with a nut mixture.
🌰 - Add whole roasted almonds, as well as chopped dried apricots and cranberries to the resulting mass. Stir.
