Updated Amway recognition strategy

The recognition system is a significant part of Amway life. It involves experiences and emotions that inspire, motivate, and lead to new goals. To address the latest business needs, new types of recognition will emerge, the scope of off-line events will be updated, and the audience recognized by the Company for their performance will be expanded. There will be large-scale online events to motivate all of us, regional activities for ABOs to share experiences in creating and developing their teams, and off-line conferences with an updated business agenda. We are not introducing any dramatic changes: each step and each new level are as important as ever, and should be celebrated. However, we are slightly changing our focus.
