In this video Hercules “Chico“ Butler is receiving his award from Classic Events. Classic Events was founded by Ralph P. Watson and holds several events all year long honoring several people at each of these events. This is the Black History Month Celebration 10th annual event. Mr. Watson says, “While honoring an eclectic mix of business/community leaders, each February Classic Events! celebrates the Black experience while adding a chapter with respect to the rich culture and contributions of the Black Experience“.
