Harris plants a tree, delivers remarks to commemorate one year since Oct. 7 attacks

Vice President Kamala Harris and second gentleman Doug Emhoff will mark the Oct. 7 attacks in Israel at her Naval Observatory residence in Washington D.C. by planting a memorial tree.
