In an unusual move, Cubase 7 came bundled with a third-party plugin, Voxengo CurveEQ. Although Cubase is not short of EQ options, CurveEQ has an additional feature that makes it unique, as far as I know – it can generate its own EQ curves by analysing the difference between a reference file and the source you want to correct/enhance, giving you the EQ adjustment required to make the source match the reference.
