云南有一类美味叫“撒撇” ,“撒”是傣语,是“拌生”的意思;在云南,万物皆可“撒”,猪撒,牛撒,鱼撒,水果撒,每一款都独具特色。“撇”是指“苦肠” ,而最经典和难忘的还是“牛苦撒撇”,就是用牛苦肠水拌生牛肉,制作复杂讲究,还有点生猛,但对于从小吃到大的云南人来说,便是想到就能流口水的稀奇美味。

Here in Yunnan, we have a special delicacy named “Sapie“. “Sa“, which comes from Dai language, means “seasoned raw ingredients“. In Yunnan, everything can be made into a “sa“, such as pork, beef, fish or fruits. Each has its unique flavor. “Pie“ means the bitter intestines, or bile. However, the most typical dish is of course “bitter beef sapie“. It is a mixture of beef bile and raw beef, which requires much effort to make and is very tough. But for us from Yunnan, who started to enjoy the dish since we were kids, just the thought of it will make us drool.
