The class we are posting today is a level IV technique class, taught by me, recorded January 2018 during our Winter Intensive course. Filmed by Jeanne Suggs with accompaniment by Eran Fink, the class consists of floor work, standing and traveling combinations totaling 50 minutes. It was the third class of the week during which I added new sequences to material we had been working on for two days.
