Several schools & colleges competed against each other with their fully autonomous sumobots. The competition took place in DLSU, Manila last July 26, 2014. The challange was for the robot to find its opponent (usually accomplished with infrared or ultra-sonic sensors) and to push it out of the flat arena. The rule: last one standing wins.
Elizabeth Seton School (Team A) was able to rank 1st (champion), UE ranked 2nd and Elizabeth Seton School (Team B) ranked 3rd in De La Salle Manila’s sumobot competition.
