Powdered sugar - 150 g
Whole eggs - 5 ct
Egg whites - 5 ct
Sugar - 20 g
Butter - 60 g
Bake at 400 F , 15 min
Sheet pan size - 17“ x 12“
Coffee syrup ingredients:
Sugar - 100 g
Espresso powder - 2 tbsp or 6 tsp
Water - 120 ml
Coffee rum or liqueur - 60 ml
French coffee buttercream ingredients:
Sugar - 500 g
Water - 120 ml
Egg Yolks - 180 g
Butter - 600 g
Coffee rum or liqueur - 15 ml
Syrup temperature 240 F
Chocolate ganache ingredients:
Heavy whipping cream - 100 g
Chocolate - 300 g
