This is the only episode of the Russian dub available through , as far as I could find, so it may have been the only episode dubbed into Russian. The title card at the beginning of the video was not added by me, it is present in the original file. The Russian Tamagotchi Friends website, seemingly mistakenly, labels this as the first Tamagotchi Friends webisode, “Welcome to Dream Town.“
