No title. C/U of a child sitting in a very old fashioned pram. The child wears a large white bonnet and dress. L/S of mother pushing baby in its pram towards the camera. They are walking down the driveway of a house. It is probably a rather grand house. The woman wears old fashioned clothes (Georgian?) She stops to put up a parasol.
“Later on, they became an easier proposition - “ L/S of woman pushing baby in a pram through an ornamental garden. The pram is quite large and unwieldy. “This little steering idea was neat - “ Another pram is pushed through the garden, the mother can negotiate a corner pretty well. “Limousines, too - “ M/S of baby looking out of the window of a rather grand pram - almost like a little car. Mother stands beside the pram in a glamorous fur trimmed coat. L/S of the pram being pushed through a park. C/U of the undercarriage of the pram. Mother puts the brake on with her foot. She then rolls back the roof - a convertible!
The side is then folded down (baby doesn’t look too happy). L/S of mother folding it all back again. “And what about the motor pram - ?“ M/S of a nanny putting baby into a motorised pram. The nanny stands on the back of the pram and zooms off. Fantastic!
