burnt honey and whisky ice cream, sesame gochugaru candied walnuts, sesame oil, and smoked salt. sesame and honey are common korean flavors that i’ve wanted to put into ice cream. it also hits on the korean “nostalgia” flavor profile, making me wish my grandparents could try this 🥹
