Cable Crossover
* set cable attachments to the highest position. Grab a handle with each hand & take a step forward with your dominant foot. Lean slightly forward & with tremendous force bring the handles together in front of your body squeezing your chest muscles. Slowly allow the weight to ascend, bending your elbows as it does, until the muscles in your chest are stretching. Breathe out, & press the handles together again. For more advanced lifters you want to start with a slow controlled movement where your focus is on solidifying the contraction. Then move to shorter intense, partial reps to finish the set.
