In this video, I’ll walk you through how to cook Mexican ramen noodles.
Birria Ramen. Season and brown the meat, toast dried chilies, and soak them in water vinegar mixture for 10 minutes. Blend with spices, onion, and garlic. Cook meat on low until tender, 1 - 1/2 hours. Add cheese, cilantro with red onion, and cooked ramen. Garnish with cured egg yolk.
