Pressure Canning Split Pea Soup with Leftover Easter Ham
We are pressure canning split pea soup with leftover Easter ham!
This recipe is so easy and comes our delicious every time!
2 bags of split peas will make about 12 pint jars of soup!
Here’s what you need! Quantities are not exact. You put as little or as much as you want of each ingredient:
Split peas
Ham
Stock (I make my own in video but you can use store bought or bouillon)
Carrot
Celery
Onion
Potato
Garlic
Bay leaf
