A quick way to level up Chain Rod in Mega Man Zero 2

Found out about it from meshiyaranbu: Basically the game attacks the target at every frame when two hurtboxes hit the same hitbox, and since the box in indestructible you can abuse this to max out Chain Rod skill in less than a minute
