Tenant complaining of mouldy and leaking ceiling charged £25 per email by landlord

A North London landlord has threatened to charge her tenant £25 per email due to a perceived ‘breach of terms and conditions’. The tenant was charged the fee as a “service“ charge for complaints. The tenant told The Independent that this was the latest in a long-running eviction battle with the landlord.
