I’m going to show you a series of drills that I use a lot with my young juniors all the way to my professional players. In these specific drills we are working a lot on: Technique of the stroke, The stances (i.e open stance/close stance) Precision Coordination Reaction Racket-head speed Balance Body transfer with Medicine balls Raising your average ball speed Point patterns Volley technique General power using your hips,shoulders, and legs Defensive slice/Offensive Dropshots ///// This is just a part of that training. We also do a lot of point plays situations and sets to help organize everything we learned into match play.
