Skarner Ult+Teleport+Cleanse Glitch

A glitch currently in the game. Hopefully will be fixed soon. 1. Choose Skarner with Cleanse/Teleport. 2. Place Ward in your fountain. 3. Ultimate then start casting teleport then cleanse. 4.??? 5. Profit.
