India: Zuma invites Putin to South Africa for state visit during BRICS Summit

Russian President Vladimir Putin and South African President Jacob Zuma voiced their commitment to coordinate on “concrete matters“ within the BRICS, during a meeting on the side-lines of the BRICS Summit in Goa, Saturday.
