Fronted by two vocalists - Merve Daşdemir and Erdinç Ecevit - Altın Gün blend Turkish psychedelic folk and Anatolian rock with dreamy 80’s Euro synth-pop. The second offering on the digital single is “Cips Kola Kilit“. It is the original version that appeared on ’Âlem’. Composed by Merve Daşdemir and bass player Jasper Verhulst, it is defined by an 80’s feel, and beat patterns enhanced with synth washes and a softly spoken, seductive rap.
