Duke Evans’ 1991 video of the Andover tornado

Duke Evans filmed six and a half minutes of the 1991 Wichita/Andover tornado as it crossed into Butler County and did major damage in Andover. At the time, the video was considered among the highest quality tornado footage ever. This is Evans’ footage in its entirety.
